At Pacific Family Practice, we know that the last thing patients should have to worry about when they are feeling unwell is insurance. Our friendly staff is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding health insurance coverage and the insurance plans accepted by our doctors.
Due to the high number of available insurance plans, the staff at Pacific Family Practice is unable to know exactly what is covered under each plan. We make every effort to assist patients in understanding what coverage is offered in their individual insurance plan, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the patient to know what services are covered. This includes: deductibles, co-payments, referrals, labs, x-ray facilities, covered hospitals, and authorizations.

We accept most other insurance plans with the exception of Medi-Cal.
We ask that patients please call the number listed on their insurance card to verify coverage prior to visiting our office. In order to bill insurance, we will need patients to provide a copy of their current insurance card at each visit to our office. If an accepted insurance card is not provided, patients will be required to pay for the visit at the time of service.
